Our doors open 15 minutes
before class, no need to arrive
much sooner as our team is busy
with previous clients. But please
arrive at least 5 minutes before
class so you have enough time to
change and start on time.

— you are great as you are.
our classes are designed
for all bodies.
the only thing you need for a
class is yourself and some comfy
clothes, in which your body can

of personalized bliss, crafted
in co - creation with our
teachers and the calm studio.
It's often beneficial to
have an outside perspective.
we don't do yoga stereotypes —
instead, we focus on an
intention.

to join us with whatever
supplies you need to make your
practice comfortable and
enjoyable. we have mats available
for you to use, but if you'd
prefer to bring your own, please
feel free to do so.

fulfilling, please don't
hesitate to bring it along.
we suggest wearing comfortable
clothing that allows you

Classes (75min)
contact us minimum 48 hours before the class via email , then we can reschedule your spot for the upcoming class. In the case of a short term cancelation you do not get a refund.
Sessions, Workshops & Events
(more then 75 min )contact us minimum 10 days before the event via email then we can reschedule your spot for the upcoming event. In the case of a short term cancelation you do not get a refund.

Please have in mind:
there is no refund, if you are
late to the class / event and
the door is already closed.

we have taken great care in
choosing a team of talented and
inspiring teachers from a variety
of backgrounds. Each teacher
brings their own unique style
to their classes, so the
intensity and focus can vary.
we recommend trying out a lesson
with each of them to find the one
that resonates with you.

our doors are locked after the class
has started. For safety reasons our
teacher can’t accept latecomers. -
we invite you to practice
mindful moving with us, taking
responsibility for your own
body and health.
Before joining the class,
please consult a doctor or
specialist to ensure that it is
safe for young your little one.
If you have any special
needsor concerns, please
let the teachers know before
the class so that they canprovide appropriate
modifications.

Yes, we have a shower available
for you. Don't forget to bring
your own towel so you can enjoya nice, warm shower.

our classes are handled in
the same and loving way as our
studios — fair, sustainable and
ethically. we try to enable a
‘fair and well paid’ pricing to
our class instructors.

Payment Terms & Cancellation:
The first payment for your membership will occur on the date of purchase. Afterwards, it will automatically renew every month.
You can cancel the membership at any time within the cancellation period via Email here. Otherwise, it will automatically renew for an additional month at the end of the current term. By completing the purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Stduio Space

the Calm Studio is founded by a
professional photographer, which
is highly drawn to natural light.
So we know how important light is
for shootings. We are a daylight
studio, what means we provide you
with the most beautiful daylight
available on sunny days.
For the darker days without
sunshine we installed very
special daylight light sources.
We have eleven daylight lamps
installed in the photo space.
Of course you can bring your own
light equitment. If you want to
rent equipment extra, let us
know, we have a partner
on the hand.

Up to three weeks before your booked date, you can request a one-time postponement.
Cancellation for a booking with a discount is not possible.

Any kind of service offering
has its pricing, which is non -
negotiable. We stand for
transparency and so we always
clarify on this question.
A Question we got :"For me, however, it is something completely new that a studio makes prices dependent on my customers for which I shoot as your customer or create content? Normally there are fixed prices for hours? Maybe you could explain this to me in more detail?... "
This question is not uncommon with us — since the market prices are mostly flat-rate with a certain hourly rate, which is one of the reasons for price dumping and threatens the existence of many companies.
Everyone who is working in this Biz for any kind of advertising, has to study the rights of usage wisely. Otherwise, you risk huge problems when it comes to usage rights.

A major client such as
(name one you know as a big
player out there) a large
international company - this
brand has a different price
category with us, because with
every commercial booking we also
give away the rights to use the
studio for advertising purposes.
It differs whether the photos are
used nationally, Europe-wide or
internationally.
Our prices also differentiate
between end customers who use
the studio privately or smaller
local brands that produce
advertising for themselves or
even up to the big players.
If customers such as certain
brands book advertising orders
via a single person such as an
influencer, they circumvent the
standardized prices for their
company and the associated costs
for advertising purposes.

Unloading of equipment
A loading zone is available
directly in front of the
building. This can only be used
after consultation with the
Calm Studio team.
Parking
Parking spaces are available
next door in the garage
for a fee, there is no fixed
entitlement to parking spaces
unless otherwise agreed.
Public parking is also available
in the district.

extremely rare, well selected and
never promoted in a visible way;
mostly they are already taken
even before we can even think
about it.
