Breathwork + Cacao ✺ Check in with yourself to understand what's truly on your mind, to deepen your body awareness, and to release yourself from emotional pressure, physical tension, and mental stress on a deeper level. Conscious Connected Breathwork can help you with dealing with anxiety, restlessness, shitty self-talk, suppressed emotions, unprocessed experiences, feelings of overwhelm and helplessness, reduce of unwanted habits. It supports you by connecting with yourself on a deeper level, getting to know your inner world better and learning to embrace yourself fully as you are. We use the finest raw cacao from Guatemala, crafted with care in Austria with a gentle stone mill. The raw cacao supports you with its heart-opening effect to make space for all that truly matters and often gets overlooked in everyday life. Self-love. Trust. Compassion.
